A few students have reported seeing ads pop up in Moodlerooms while they are doing their work. The reason for this is the pop blocker that is installed on your computer may not be up to date, or you may not have one at all.
If you have this issue, here are a few ways to resolve the issue.
1. Run a system check through AELearning, this will tell you what is not up to date.
2. Next try a different browser, some browsers have different support already built in
3.If they continue to have problems, try a different computer. Please remember campus is open Monday-Friday for you to come in and use computers to complete your work.
